10 day - The Art Of Falling - AS INTENSIVE 

To move is to fall. Ten day immersion and practice of Axis Syllabus principles. Phase 1 begins with a good set of fundamentals, exploration and theory and in phase 2 we will take off into more dynamic landscapes, sophisticated coordination and partnering. The underlying theme will be falling, an intimate dialogue with gravity and constant negotiation between the loss of control and control.

This was a beautiful, nourishing, deepening and joyful retreat i was invited to teach last year for the first time. The Berner CI community has been renting this amazing castle for years around Easter to come together and dance. There will be a 4 hour wksp with me Axis & Contact and than lots of free time we are creating together.
